Attorney Troy Aramburu, along with other local attorneys, is heading up a seminar entitled “Collection Law from Start to Finish” as part of the National Business Institute’s continuing education series. Troy concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, including issues surrounding creditors’ rights, workouts, reorganizations, and liquidations.
The seminar, which focuses on how to increase your chances of debt recovery, will be held from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel in Salt Lake City on Oct. 5th. Attorneys, credit managers, bankers, paralegals, loan officers and others interested in learning the legal framework for collections are welcome to attend.
