Jones Waldo has a very active construction law practice, serving clients throughout the Intermountain West. We are particularly known for our construction litigation expertise.
More than 25 years ago, our initial entry into the practice of Construction law was work done for Design Professional Insurance Corporation. As we did for DPIC, we continue to defend architects and engineers charged with malpractice and/or negligence.
Our practice has grown to include cost-overrun litigation and general representation of construction industry clients large and small. Craig Mariger, a veteran practitioner with over 26 years of experience in construction law, leads this practice.
Craig is exceedingly well-versed in construction law and all aspects of the construction industry. He is also the creator of an innovative construction industry alternative dispute resolution system which utilizes industry experts to help avoid costly litigation. Craig has published and spoken extensively on the intricacies of construction law. Formerly, he served as chair of the subcommittee to prepare construction case jury instructions.
Jones Waldo's Construction Practice Group comprises 12 attorneys, all with special expertise in the practice of construction law.
