Jones Waldo's commercial property acquisition, development and management group has extensive experience in representing national retailers, developers, investors and tenants in wide-ranging transactions involving acquiring, developing and managing commercial properties within and outside of Utah. We have been involved in all types of commercial projects, including office buildings, mixed office and retail projects, commercial projects, hotels, apartment complexes, resort properties (including golf courses, ski resorts and residential and multi-family housing components of resort properties), residential properties and raw land. Our attorneys have expertise in negotiating acquisition and disposition agreements, ground leases, site development agreements, restrictive covenants, cross-easement agreements, governmental entitlement documents and other related ancillary documents. Our experience also includes negotiating commercial property management agreements. Finally, we have assisted borrowers and lenders in numerous financial transactions secured by commercial properties.
