Jones Waldo Announces New Litigation Department Chair


SALT LAKE CITY –August 24, 2016Jones Waldo, one of Utah’s most enduring and prestigious law firms, is pleased to announce that George W. Pratt has been appointed as the new chair of the Litigation Department.

Pratt specializes in commercial litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract, business tort, real property and other disputes, including in particular the enforcement and collection of claims of secured and unsecured creditors. He is a graduate of the S. J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
