The Jones Waldo Board of Directors elects two new shareholders
Mow, a graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, has been with the firm for just more than a year practicing construction law in the firm’s Real Estate Department. As both a licensed architect and the president of the American Institute of Architects Utah Chapter, Mow’s contributions to the firm have been unique and significant. He has expertise in representing architects, engineers, contractors and other members of the construction industry.
Wilson has practiced both business and real estate law at Jones Waldo since he graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2003. He has been with the firm since 2006 and handles complex business transactions, with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, private equity and venture capital, start up and emerging growth companies, direct sales, real estate development and leasing, and intellectual property licensing.
“We congratulate Adam and Travis for their recent election as shareholders. Their commitment and dedication to the firm has earned them the trust and confidence of their clients and peers,” said Keven M. Rowe, president of Jones Waldo.
