Jones Waldo’s Randon Wilson on Esteemed Panel
Jones Waldo’s Randon W. Wilson sat on an esteem panel on Tuesday, September 25 discussing differing perspectives on applying the Capper-Volstead Act, which is 90 years old, to modern agricultural cooperatives. The panel, put on by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Agricultural and Food Committee, State Enforcement Committee and Exemptions and Immunities Committee, was moderated by Layne M. Lindebak from the Iowa Department of Justice and was comprised of:

Earlier this year, Wilson was recognized with the Dyer Memorial Award honoring him as “Sugar Man of the Year - 2011” for his 15-year dedication to strengthening and transforming the sugar industry through the creation of sugar beet growing and refining cooperatives.
