Attorney Lewis Francis Publishes Article in Utah Heritage Foundation Newsletter


The Utah Heritage Foundation published an article by Jones Waldo attorney Lewis Francis in the Winter 2011 edition of its newsletter, Heritage. Francis, who is a member of the Foundation's board of directors, authored the article, "Heritage Prints of George Edward Anderson Utah Pioneer Photographer – 1860-1928."

The article explores the life of George Edward Anderson, turn of the century photographer of the West. Anderson documented the building and growth of the West, including many aspect of Mormon culture.  

The Utah Heritage Foundation hosts a show of Anderson's work from April 1 to April 11, 2011, at the 15th Street Gallery in Salt Lake City, Utah. Both framed and unframed photographs (in sizes ranging from 5x7 up to 20x24 inches) will be exhibited and available for sale.

Francis, who is a talented photographer himself, practices law in the areas of intellectual property, immigration and frachise law.
