– Attorney Lynn C. Harris Joins Jones Waldo to Head Personal Injury Practice Group –

Jones Waldo, one of Utah’s most enduring and prestigious law firms, has bolstered its Utah County presence by adding local personal injury attorney Lynn C. Harris. Mr. Harris and his staff—Sarah Isom, Legal Assistant and Ruthanne Bridges, receptionist—will continue to work out of Mr. Harris’ long-established Provo office located in Jamestown Square on University Street.

“Lynn brings years of experience in and understanding of Utah County to the firm,” said Keven Rowe, Jones Waldo President. “We consider the addition of Lynn as a first step to establishing our firm in Utah County and in providing the highest quality legal services to that community. Lynn also strengthens our personal injury practice in general and gives us the ability to help individuals throughout the entire state.” Mr. Harris steps into the role of head of the Personal Injury Group at the firm.

Mr. Harris has more than 28 years experience representing injured individuals in state and federal courts. Over the span of his career, he has successfully represented individuals and their families in cases involving work-related injury, products liability, birth injury, brain injury, car accidents, wrongful death and medical malpractice.

Mr. Harris received his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.  He served on the Board of Governors of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association (UTLA) and is currently a member of the advisory board.  Mr. Harris was a founder of the Utah Citizen Alliance (UCA), organized to allow citizens of the state of Utah with a personal injury to have a voice in the state legislative process.
