• For over 20 years, Rob has helped a wide variety of technology, life sciences, manufacturing, franchising and services companies through the process of starting up (sometimes in a garage!), growing and, ultimately selling or going public.
• He has guided his clients through the legal details of organization, governance, compensation, raising money (venture capital and angel), finding loans, dealing with employees, acquiring or licensing technology, selling and marketing products, buying other companies, and a near endless list of other legal issues.
• Rob focuses most of all on being available when a client needs his help and providing it quickly and efficiently.
