He has negotiated Leases, Development Agreements, Municipal Improvement Agreements, Co-Developer Agreements, Easement Agreements, Entitlements Agreements, Covenants, Water Rights Agreements, Construction Contracts, Licensing Agreements, Supply Agreements, Financing Instruments and Property Management Agreements.

Jim moved west to Utah in 1987 to work for Jones Waldo. He spent five years in the Wasatch Back doing residential real estate development near Park City, Utah. In 2004, he relocated to the Chicago area.
