Represents architects, engineers, contractors and owners in cases involving a wide variety of construction defect claims in nine states.
Represents corporate and individual trustees, personal representatives and heirs in disputed probate and trust matters.
Provides estate planning services to clients of all ages and incomes.
Presents seminars on estate planning and probate litigation.
From 1991 through 1996, Ed was a Foreign Service officer with the Department of State and served at posts in Maracaibo, Venezuela and Madrid, Spain.
